It offers top quality meats that are cooked to mouthwatering perfection.
Our state of the art Combination Ovens allow us to cook the meats in
such a way that they maintain their moisture all through the cooking
process and yet are crisp as if roasted, but are so moist and tender
and full of flavour inside
The fresh market vegetables are purchased daily from our local suppliers
in Pershore.
There are always at least eight varieties to choose from, and again are cooked
in the Combination Ovens which allows them to be steamed so that all the
goodness is retained.
Finally we come to the all important gravy.
No dinner is complete, especially a roast, without its full flavoured, dark and
rich gravy.
This is a secret recipe perfected at Bridges with all the meat juices and stock
so that it enhances your dinner in every way.





Before your delicious Carvery, we do also offer a range
of homemade starters, they are, in our experience, the most popular of the
traditional range of appetisers. e.g. Prawn cocktail, soup of the day, melon
and pate to name but a few.
Then
round off your meal with a very naughty but nice dessert. Many are homemade
by our very own “Mother” in the kitchen…Christine
has been working with us for over 10 years now and there is not much she
does not know about her puds! They are all displayed in our cake cabinet…you
cannot miss it on the way to the Carvery, the selection from which you are
never likely to see again.
